Based in sunny Tampa, FL, our talented team of graphic artists and screen printing operators work together to ensure that your screen printed apparel looks great every time! In addition to traditional spot-color screen printing, we also offer 4-color process printing for full color designs on light colored garments, simulated 4-color process for full color imprints on dark colors, art distressing and several specialty screen printing effects such as puff, metallic shimmer and retail soft-hand to make your design really stand out. Our graphic artists will determine the best method of screen printing based on the artwork, quantity of your order and style/color of the garments to be used.

Q: What is your minimum order?

Our minimum order for spot color screen printing is 24 pieces; Our minimum order for specialty screen printing techniques such as 4-color process and simulated process printing is 72 pieces

Q: What is your pricing structure?

All of the screen printed products featured on our website include a 1-color, 1-location imprint. Each additional color and/or location runs between $0.10 and $0.40 extra depending on quantity and number of colors printed. Setup charges (which include films and screens) are $34 per color and/or location for first time orders with a 50% discount for exact repeat orders. Q: Can I get names and numbers on my team shirts?

Yes! We can personalize your team shirts with names and numbers. For maximum cost savings, we normally use heat applied graphics when adding names and numbers but can also apply them via screen printing and embroidered applique if you prefer.

Q: What artwork formats are acceptable?

For screen printing, it's best to work from editable vector artwork. The most common file formats are EPS, AI, CDR and PDF. When submitting artwork in these formats, please submit in PC format with all fonts converted to curves. If you do not have artwork in any of these formats, please send us what you have and we'll help you recreate it as a print-ready graphic.

Q: Will I see a sample before you produce my order?

We will send an electronic proof before we move your order into production. This proof will show your design in the ink colors you've selected along with the imprint size and general placement on the garment style we're printing for you. Once we receive your approval on this electronic proof, we will schedule your job for production.

Q: What is your payment policy?

All orders will be shipped on credit card or company check payment unless credit has been pre-approved. Standard terms are 15 days, FOB origin. Certain orders may require a deposit. We accept company check, cashier's check, Visa, Master Card, American Express and PayPal.

Q: Do you offer free shipping or delivery?

Yes! For screen printing orders of $300 or more, we provide free shipping or delivery within the Greater Tampa Bay Area. We also provide FedEx, UPS and USPS Priority services at normal published rates for all other screen printed orders.

Q: How long until I receive my order?

Our normal production time for screen printing is 10 business days after final art approval and order confirmation. We can usually accommodate rush orders however, so please let us know if you need your order produced in a shorter time frame and we'll do our best to adjust our production schedule to fit your needs.
